There’s a reason we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all of our customers. Keep reading to learn what our unique roof cleaning method can offer you and your home.
Low Pressure Soft Washes
At Allied Roof Cleaning, our teams use low pressure (about 100 to 110 psi) to apply our chemical treatment to clean roofs. Our solution is made up of highly diluted chlorine and an eco-friendly soap. To keep your roof safe from foot traffic, our technicians primarily use lifts and ladders to instantly clean the roof tiles.
As previously mentioned on our blog on high pressure roof cleaning, tile manufacturers recommend low pressure and a chlorine wash to clean roof tiles. Depending on how dirty the roof is, we may have to put a couple of coats on to clean the roof completely. Our team can normally clean a 4,000 sq ft roof in about 3-4 hours, depending on the severity of the mold and mildew.
Prioritizing Plant Protection
We continually look for the best way to clean roofs and believe our method has found the key to cleaner, stronger roof maintenance. Using a chemical wash that includes a highly diluted chlorine does have its challenges. You must protect plants and ensure you rinse any surface that comes in contact with the solution. We have one person on our team dedicated to watering plants before, during, and after cleaning the roof. Our crew members work together to funnel any chemicals away from delicate areas. We also tarp sensitive plants to minimize exposure to the chemical.
No More Broken or Cracked Roof Tiles
Our equipment allows us to shoot our solution about 40 feet. In the past 2 years, we’ve purchased two BIL-JAX 55-foot articulating lifts that allow us to go up to 27 feet and over about 30 feet. This equipment lets us go up and over any one or two-story homes/buildings. What we can’t reach with our lift, we try to reach using ladders. The combination of our process and equipment allows us to clean most roofs without ever walking on them. This is critical when trying to protect your roof from any unnecessary foot traffic.
We recently spoke with one of the leading residential roofing companies in Fort Myers. They said that they tell their customers that, if anyone walks on their roof after it’s installed, it will void their warranty. They give their customers our company’s name since they’re familiar with our process and trust our technicians to protect roofs from damage.
Last year, we cleaned about 7 million sq ft of roof tiles. We’ve built a great following with tremendous reviews in industry-leading platforms, such as Angie’s List, Home Advisor, Yelp, and Google. Our goal is to be the premier exterior cleaning company in Southwest Florida. Thanks to our incredible roof cleaning method, we’re well on our way to making this a reality.
