Cobble NS is a water-based and breathable roof sealer that provides UV protection, waterproofs and strengthens roof tiles, and helps your roof retain its color.

Cobble Impregnator is a low VOC, water-based, breathable clear solution that is used for protecting natural stone surfaces. It’s ideal for your roof because it provides top-notch protection without altering the appearance of your surface. It’s especially ideal for Southwest Florida, where it rains often, because it’s made for surfaces that struggle to dissipate moisture. Surfaces should be stripped of any film-forming sealers prior to application; however, Cobble Impregnator can be applied over a non-film-forming sealer. Once the surface is prepped and cleaned, it should be dry before applying Cobble Impregnator. One uniform coat application yields the best results. However, if a second coat is needed, it should be applied before the first coat is allowed to fully dry. Cobble Impregnator is designed to provide eco-friendly protection to a variety of surfaces, like stone, marble, concrete, and porous tile. It’s also designed to provide this protection while causing little to no sheen on your roof. Cobble Impregnator will protect against stains as well as water and sun damage - a necessity in Southwest Florida.
